Welcome

Life can feel overwhelming at times. You might be struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, or simply feeling stuck or lost. Whatever you are facing, you don’t have to go through it alone.
I offer a safe, confidential space where you can talk openly, be truly heard, and begin to make sense of your thoughts and feelings. My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and tailored to your individual needs.
I work with adults, children and young people, offering both short-term and longer-term counselling, face to face, online or by phone. Sessions are available during the day (9am–6pm), with a limited number of concessionary appointments for those on a low income, in education, or receiving benefits.

Why choose therapy?
Therapy offers a supportive, confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply seeking personal growth, counselling can help you move toward a healthier, more balanced life.
A Safe Space to Be Heard
Therapy provides a non-judgmental environment where you can express yourself openly and honestly. It’s a place where your experiences are validated and your voice matters.
Clarity and Self-Understanding
A counsellor helps you make sense of what you’re feeling, identify unhelpful patterns, and understand why certain challenges keep showing up. This clarity can be the first step toward meaningful change.
Tools for Everyday Life
Therapy isn’t just talking—it’s learning. You gain practical skills to manage stress, improve communication, regulate emotions, navigate relationships, and cope with difficult situations.
Support Through Life’s Transitions
Whether you’re dealing with loss, stress, anxiety, trauma, or major life changes, therapy gives you steady, compassionate support when you need it most.
Personal Growth and Better Well-Being
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from counselling. Many people choose therapy to understand themselves better, build confidence, and create a more fulfilling life.
